Extra Life to fund new Child Life Specialist in 2018!

Extra Life is filling a specific need this year at Boston Children’s Hospital!

2018 Extra Life fundraising will allow Boston Children’s Hospital to hire a new Child Life Specialist. Child Life Specialists allows the hospital to care for children not only medically, but emotionally as well. Child Life Specialists inject fun and play into the hospital stay, prepare kids for unfamiliar procedures, help them keep up with school work—and make Boston Children’s a warm, welcoming home away from home.
