To Four Years and Beyond!

In her 4th year of Extra Life, Jay F has been an inspiration to all our Extra Life Community! Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and a heart condition in her young teenage years, she has turned her experience into hope for our patients and families at Boston Children’s Hospital.
