Doctors at Boston Children’s Hospital are tech savvy! One mobile technology feature available is a secure app is called TigerText (don’t panic–it is HIPAA compliant)! This app allows doctors to communicate and share pictures, videos, and more via text. They are also able to see when the messages are delivered and read. This mobile friendly, game-like method allows doctors to communicate to each other and share their knowledge of the patient and best treatment plans  to make sure that the patient is getting the best care possible.
